Can I send something other than an anime figure or a stuffed animal?

Yes, of course! We accept more than just figures and stuffed animals!
You can send drawings, photos, portraits, etc., that you want to take on the trip on your behalf. Please let us know in the notes section when you apply for the tour.

How do I pay?

After you apply for the tour, we’ll let you know the total tour price including shipping fees.
We’ll also send you a URL for the online credit card payment.

What is the warranty in case of loss or damage of figures, stuffed animals, etc., during the tour?

We will handle your figures and stuffed animals with utmost care and attention.

in the case that something is damaged, you will receive 10,000 yen as compensation. In the case that something is lost, you will receive 20,000 yen as compensation. However, this should never happen.

What about damage or loss in transit?

We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation.
